“I went into semi-retirement and moved into this beautiful area 6 weeks ago. Of course I carried over my current projects and over the space of 2 months prior to my relocation, made arrangements with my service providers to transfer the phone and internet services, which unfortunately turned out to be a nightmare.
Following my arrival I was fortunate to be referred to Matthew Dean to set up my computer systems, but unfortunately in the absence of an internet service for nearly 3 weeks, my clients understandably were getting quite anxious and of course Matthew could only carry out a partial installation of my computer systems. During this time, not only did Matthew assist in re-establishing my business, he also communicated with my service providers to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
Once I re-established my internet connection, I experienced difficulties with several of my programs, which previously had been working fine and this gave rise to further client frustrations.
At this time Matthew became a regular (and welcome) visitor, usually every second day, to fix a particular problem and in between time was there to take my frequent phone calls and respond to my emails for assistance. On each occasion, Matthew arrived at the appointed hour and responded to my phone calls & emails promptly which was sincerely appreciated.
He approached each problem with enthusiasm & experience and unlike my previous computer technicians, had the ability to explain the problem in layman's terms verbally, over the telephone and in emails, such that a non-technically gifted person such as I could understand what was going on and where possible resolve the problems myself.
I operate 2 computer systems, an Apple Mac and a PC, again unlike my previous computer technicians Matthew has demonstrated a knowledge and experience with both. Call it divine intervention, coincidence or sheer luck, I am so pleased to have been introduced to Matthew, he is a knowledgeable gentleman, who is punctual, with a great attention to detail and friendly ...... frankly, I am pleased that he is on my team and I am sure I speak equally for my many clients.
